Our roots go back to 1996, when the business began as Bearley Enterprises and originally operated as Bearley Roofing. In 2005, we expanded into automotive sales and launched Dave’s Green Light Auto Sales Inc.

Since then, we have continued to grow to better serve our customers, including the development of our own finance company, BAC Financial Inc., and reinsurance provider, BAC Reinsurance Inc. This allows us to provide a more consistent, supportive experience throughout the buying process.
